As property owners ourselves, who have used third-party management companies in the past, we know the value of timely, accurate, and detailed financial reports.

DIMEO PROPERTIES uses professional real estate accounting software provided by MRI Real Estate Software and Boston Post Affordable Housing Software Solution to ensure consistent, quality record keeping. We also utilize a host of other sophisticated software programs which provide rapid software application deployment at remote sites.

Employee Benefits

DIMEO PROPERTIES has a generous employee benefits program as recognized by an independent survey of regional real estate companies. Some of these benefits include health and dental plans of which the company pays 80% of the costs for either a family or individual plan. Our 401(k) plan provides for a dollar for dollar matching contribution of up to 6% of pay. Group life, long term disability, flexible spending and dependent care plans are also provided.

DIMEO PROPERTIES also encourages professional development of company staff by providing reimbursement for attendance at work-related courses, seminars and training. Staff is encouraged to participate in a number of awareness and fundraising efforts to assist community charities.
